Volunteer Information

We can’t do this festival without Volunteers! We are committed to making the Volunteer experience fun and rewarding. NOTE: Our Liability Insurance requires all Volunteers to be NNBA Members.

For 2026, we ask Volunteers to commit to 6 hours.

What do you get for volunteering?

  • One All Access Pass (good for both days of the Festival)

  • a T-shirt

  • Snacks and water throughout your shifts

  • Additionally, we hold two get-togethers for the Volunteers – one before the Festival (Orientation) and one after (Celebration).

Volunteer shifts are 3 hours long (except for Friday), and have a good view of the stage

  • Friday – Set Up Crew at Bowers Park. This is a 6-hour shift, 10am - 4pm. Morning coffee & pastries, as well as lunch is provided for this crew.

  • Saturday –  First shift starts at 9am, gates open at 9:30. This is the "big day", and it's always a ton of fun. Duties include organizing and selling merchandise, handling money, managing devices (phones, ipads, credit card readers, etc.), greeting customers, driving a golf cart or the shuttle van, staffing the Petting Zoo and the Raffle Tent, wrist-banding, traffic control, running errands, etc.

  • Sunday – Gates open at 10:30am, festival concludes at 4:30.  Same duties as Saturday.

  • Sunday Tear-Down Crew starts at 4pm.
