Our festival takes place in Washoe Valley, a beautiful rural area between Reno and Carson City. We have arranged for discounted room rates in south Reno, a 20 minute drive from the festival (and 5 minutes from the airport). Rates are $159 to $174! To get these special room rates, you must make reservations by Tuesday, July 21st. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Staybridge Suites Reno features complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a fitness center, an outdoor patio with fire pit and BBQ grills, indoor swimming pool, guest laundry with no charge washers and dryers, business center, and complimentary full breakfast buffet. All suites are nicely equipped with a king bed, sitting area and a full kitchen with all cookware, plates and utensils. There are numerous restaurants and shopping within one mile of the hotel. No parking or resort fees.
