Our Annual Member Meeting is always a hoot! Pickers come out of the woodwork to strut their stuff, and we stuff our faces with all the delicious Potluck food. Meet new folks, learn about our plans for 2026, and help us elect the folks that will serve on our Board as we move forward.
Thanks to the dozens (maybe hundreds?) of different people that have served on the NNBA Board over the last 40+ years, NNBA continues to bring new artists, new educational and concert offerings, and lots of great new ideas to our Bluegrass community. We LOVE your ideas and your involvement!
Consider running for a Board Position!
The NNBA Board of Directors meets once a month, and makes decisions about what bands to book, what quarterly events to host, and what changes to make to our annual Festival. We have a GREAT cadre of Volunteers that help us actually put all these events on. We appreciate Board Members with budgeting, marketing and organizational skills. We are definitely open to positive critiques and dialogs to help us better respond to our members. And we have a lot of fun! Click here to learn more about the Board.
Board Election Timeline
Jan. 31 - Deadline to submit names for Board nominations (click here)
Feb 1 - Online voting begins (continues until Feb. 7 at 1pm)
Feb. 7 - Annual Meeting, 11:30 to 3pm. Online and paper ballots available at the Annual Meeting until 1pm
Election results will be announced at conclusion of Annual Meeting.

A-H: Salad/Appetizer
I-P: Main Dish
Q-Z: Dessert
NNBA will provide eating utensils, paper plates & bowls, napkins and soft drinks.
Bring your own serving utensils, if needed.
BYOB for those inclined.
